A Dhaka court will record on November 5 the testimony of other witnesses in the Zia Orphanage Trust and Zia Charitable Trust graft cases against BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia and other leaders, reports UNB.
Judge of the Special Judge Court-3 Abu Ahmed Jomadar fixed the new date on Thursday after recording the deposition of a witness.
Sonali Bank’s former General Manager M Mezbaul Haque testified yesterday.
On August 8, 2011, the ACC filed the Zia Charitable Trust graft case with Tejgaon thana accusing four people, including Khaleda Zia.
