Zahid Hasan, Siam Ahmed in unique TVC of Sprite

Sprite, the clear lemon-and-lime sparkling beverage of Coca-Cola, has launched its first-ever television commercial (TVC) in Bangladesh to connect with the youth. The advertisement brings together two talented actors, Zahid Hasan and Siam Ahmed in a single frame, said a press release.  

The advertisement begins with Siam roaming around in the desert in quest of discovering an unknown mystery. As he digs in the sand and discovers the ancient Aladdin’s lamp, Zahid Hasan, the giant Genie comes out and asks Siam his three wishes. Thirsty and stunned Siam asks the Genie to wait a bit and the clever Genie takes it as his first wish. Shocked Siam couldn’t decide what to ask for as the second wish and at that point his alter ego appears and tells him to ask for Sprite. The moment Siam drinks Sprite, he gets his wit back. As a result, in his last wish, he asks for three more wishes. Clever Genie doesn’t expect this wish and seeing Siam’s wit, he starts cursing himself.

Summer in Bangladesh is unbearable and Sprite can help quench thirst. This concept was then brought into life through Siam and Zahid Hasan.
