A mobile court of Chittagong district administration fined the owners of three medicine shops Tk 80, 000 yesterday for selling date expired medicines, doctor’s sample, unapproved Indian medicine and government medicine. The court, led by Chittagong administrative magistrate and deputy revenue collector Ruhul Amin, conducted a drive in North Nala para and Alankar areas and fined owners of Monika Pharmacy Tk50, 000 for selling government medicines, Indian medicines, physician samples, and food supplement and sealed off the shop.
