Road accident kills one
NARAYANGANJ: A man was killed and two others were injured in a road accident in Kosabo area on the Dhaka-Sylhet highway under Rupganj upazila of the district Monday morning. The deceased was Abdul Kader Bhuyan, a resident Hatabo area of the upazila. Police said the accident occurred when a truck hit a battery-run auto rickshaw in the area at about 6 am, leaving three auto rickshaw passengers injured. The injured were sent to a local clinic where Kader succumbed to his injuries.
