Human chain protests increased edn cost

Samajtantrik Chhatra Front Rangpur district unit bring out a procession and formed a human chain in front of Divisional Education Office yesterday protesting increased education expenditure. They also submitted a memorandum to Chairman of Dinajpur Education Board through District Education Officer Rangpur. Later a meeting was held at Kacharibazar Zero Point. Ahasanul Arefin Titu, president, Samajtantrik Chhattra Front, Rangpur district unit chaired the programme. The speakers said the guardians of the area are mostly farmers and they do not getting fair price of the paddy and other crops. They also said the students of the farmers’ family are unable to pay excessive fees of the examination or higher education cost.
