A three-day group photography exhibition titled ‘Right to Water’, organized by Development Organisation of the Rural Poor (DORP) and Advance and Professional Photographers Bangladesh (APPB), will be concluded today through a prize giving ceremony. A total number of 80 photos have been showcased in the exhibition, among those only selected top three photos will get prizes.
Inaugurated by Media Adviser to the Prime Minister Iqbal Sobhan Chowdhury as chief guest on Sunday evening, the event was also attended by Netherlands First Secretary for Water Resource Management Carel de Groot as special guest. Noted photographer and cinematographer Anwar Hossain has been nominated as a judge to select best three photographs.
The exhibition will remain open to all from 3pm to 8pm (last day).
