Police arrested a man with 40 packets of heroin in Syedpur upazila town yesterday. The arrested person has been identified as Ekram Hossain, 45. SR Sayed, inspector of the narcotics control department of Syedpur circle, said Ekram was nabbed at his residence in Chini mosque area of the town.
