Dhaka-Sylhet Highway to get flyover

The government will construct a four-lane flyover at Bhulta in Narayanganj spending Tk 240 crore aiming to ease traffic movement on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway, reports UNB. The Roads and Highways Department on Monday signed an agreement with Chinese construction company China Railway 24th Bureau Group Company Ltd, and two Bangladeshi companies—Spectra Engineers Group Ltd and M.M Builders & Engineers Ltd. The length of the four-lane flyover is 1.2 kilometer (1238 metres), while the width 17.20 metres.
