Training course held

A two-day training course on “Rules and Procedures of VAT & Income Tax”, organized by DCCI Business Institute (DBI), was held at its premises in the capital on July 12-13, 2019. Some 17 business professionals nominated by different prominent organisations took part in the training, said a DCCI press release.

Former Commissioner (Customs & VAT) of National Board of Revenue (NBR) Md. Abdul Kafi, and Income Tax Lawyer & Company Law Adviser Hadisul Alam, Rahman Alam Shamsuddin and Associates conducted the training as resource persons.

The participants at the training course noted that the training course has broadened their mental horizon and made them conversant with very important issues on VAT and income tax.

Senior Vice President of DCCI Waqar Ahmad Choudhury was present at the closing and certificate awarding ceremony of the training course as chief guest.
