Nursing students continue demo

Nurses studying at Nursing Training College and working at Barishal Sher-e-Bangla Medical College Hospital (SBMCH) have been continuing their agitation programme for the third day yesterday to press home their four-point demand that includes creating separate cadre posts for nurses in Bangladesh Civil Service.
Bangladesh Basic Graduate Student Nurses Association (BBGSNA) called tha protest programme in front of Barishal Nursing Training College on SBMCH campus.
Abdullah Al Mamun, president of BBGSNA of Barishal unit, said students of Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Rangpur and Mymensing nursing colleges have been continuing their agitation programme.
The agitated nursing students declared to continue their agitation programme till fulfillment of their demands.
