The Netherlands Queen Maxima will arrive in Dhaka on an official four-day visit to talk with different stakeholders of both government and private level on various bilateral issues with Bangladesh. Foreign ministry sources said she will arrive at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA) by an Emirates flight EK 586 at 5.20 pm. Foreign minister AK Abdul Momen would receive her at the airport.
During her visit, the Queen will hold meetings with President Md Abdul Hamid at Bangabhaban and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at National Parliament.
Tomorrow morning, Maxima will visit the UN headquarters at IDB Bhaban in the capital and hold meeting with representatives of development partners there.
Then, she is set to visit Zindari Union Parishad office of Palash in Narsingdi and a boutique shop at Tongi.
On Thursday, the Dutch Queen will attend a roundtable discussion with representatives of private sectors and have a meeting with Bangladesh Bank governor and officials of finance and post and telecommunication ministries.
Queen Maxima is scheduled to leave Dhaka in the early morning of Friday.
