Tarique Afzal appointed president, MD of AB Bank

Tarique Afzal has recently been appointed as president and managing director of AB Bank, the bank said in a press statement yesterday.

Prior to the appointment, he was the acting president & managing director of the bank. Earlier he joined AB Bank as deputy managing director.

He also held senior positions in BRAC Bank and Bank Alfalah as well as represented Dun and Bradstreet in Bangladesh as country head, the statement added.
