Members of Fire Service and Civil Defense yesterday recovered the body of a nine-grade student, who washed away on Saturday during swimming at Parki beach of Anawara in Chattogram. The deceased was identified as Mohammad Minhaj (14), son of Mohammad Ali, from Fatickchhari Upazila in Chattogram, who washed away by receding tides at around 2:45pm on Saturday said Dulal Mitra, station officer of Anwara Fire Service and Civil Defense. “The divers of Fire Service and Civil Defense after 20-hours of his missing recovered the body,” said Dulal Mitra. “He came here with his friends to visit during swimming near to an anchored vessel with his friends all of a sudden he washed away.
