Detective branch of police arrested a drug peddler along with 1000 pieces of Yaba tablet from Boshpara area of the district town yesterday morning.
A team of DB police led by Sub-Inspector Nazrul Islam raided the area and arrested Shamim Miah, 35, of South Kacharipara area of the town, at 11:30 am.
