Eid gifts distributed to underprivileged children

STAFF REPORTER, Dhaka

Social Services Club of Southeast University (SEU) distributed Eid gifts recently among the underprivileged children’s as a part of their social responsibility. The programme was organised at the seminar hall of university’s main building in the capital, says a press release.

More than 100 children received new clothes and food for Eid festival along with iftar. Prof Dr ANM Meshquat Uddin, Vice-chancellor of  SEU M Kamaluddin Chowdhury, representative member of BoT, SEUT, Prof Dr Md Abu Taher, Pro Vice -chancellor, Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed (Retd), Registrar, and Prof Dr Md Abdul Hakim, Director, IQAC attended the event and distributed outfits among the children. Mohammad Imtiaj, Director of BCPR, Md Jamal Uddin, Director of CPDS, Ms. Bahreen Khan, Asst. Professor, Department of Law and Justice and Asst. Moderator of SEU Social Services Club and all member of Social Services Club were present on the occasion.
