Four people were killed in separate road accidents in Chapainawabganj and Rajbari districts yesterday, reports UNB. Our Chapainawabganj correspondent reports: Two motorbike riders were killed when their motorcycle hit a roadside tree at Dobarmore in Gomostapur upazila yesterday afternoon. The deceased were identified as Mukhlesur Rahman, 32, of Begpur village and Momin Ali, 27, of Radhanagar village of the upazila. Officer-in-Chage of Gomostapur police station Khandakar Golam Mortuza said the accident took place at around 3.30 pm when the motorcyclist lost control over the vehicle, leaving the duo injured. They succumbed to their injuries on the way to hospital. In Rajbari: Two people were killed and nine others injured as a bus crashed into a human-hauler on Daulatdia-Khulna highway in Majlishpur area of sadar upazila yesterday afternoon. One of the deceased was identified as human-hauler driver Sagar, 32, hailing from Goalanda upazila, while the identity of another could not be known. The injured were taken to Faridpur Medical College Hospital, said SI Mizan of Alahdipur highway police camp.
