Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board (BREB) will set up 300 kilometers of electric lines in ex-enclaves gradually to supply power the disadvantaged people of the neglected areas, says a press release.
The project will cost Tk 35 crore and plans to bring 11,032 families under electricity facility. BREB already completed establishing of 64 kilometers electric lines. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on October 15 inaugurated electricity connection among 2,561 families of 10 ex-enclaves.
