Meeting on breastfeeding held in Khulna

A dissemination meeting on ‘Breast-Milk Substitutes, Infant Foods, Commercially Manufactured Complementary Foods and the Accessories Thereof ( Regulation of Marketing) Act 2013’ and its rules was held here yesterday.

Bangladesh Breast Feeding Foundation organised the meeting in the conference room of Khulna Scholl Health Clinic with the support of National Nutrition Services and the Institution of Public Health Nutrition (IPHN).

Civil Surgeon of Khulna Dr ASM Abdur Razzak chaired the meeting while Deputy Director of the Department of Local Govt Division Ishrat Jahan was present as chief guest.
