Channel i to premiere seven films this Eid ul-Fitr

On the eve of upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, Channel i, one of the prominent satellite channels of the country has come up with an amazing Eid programme this year. Along with well-known celebrities, writers, and directors, it has arranged a seven-day special Eid programme.

Like the previous years, Channel i will air world premiere of new films made in the country. On the occasion of upcoming Eid ul-Fitr, as many as seven films will have their world premiere in six-days on the screen of Channel i.

Among these films, two films titled ‘Aloy Bhubon Bhora’ and ‘Ratrir Jatri’, directed by Amirul Islam and Habibul Islam respectively, will be aired at 11:30am and 2:30pm on the Eid day. With the story written by Gitali Hasan, ‘Aloy Bhubon Bhora’ casts Saif Khan, Mishti Maria, Abdullah Rana and Kanchan, among others, while ‘Ratrir Jatri’ casts Moushumi, Salauddin Lavlu, ATM Shamsuzzaman and others.

‘Jannat’, directed by Mostafizur Rahman, will be aired at 10:15am on the second day of the Eid.  The cast of the film includes Mahia Mahi, Saimon, Misha Sawadgar and others.  

On the third day of Eid, ‘Bhalobashar Uttap’ will be aired at 10:15am on the channel. Directed by Sahidul Alam Sacchu, the film stars Aruna Biswas, Abdullah Rana, Farzana Chumki, Emon, Kazi Raju and others.

‘Shami Hara Shundori’ directed by Nader Khan will be aired on the fourth day of Eid at 10:15 am. Artistes Ferdous, Popy, Amit Hasan and others play prominent roles in the film.

On the fifth day of Eid, Channel i will air the film ‘Naamta’ at 10:15 am. Directed by Mostafa Shimul, the film stars Bithi Rani Sarkar, Nafiza Chowdhury, Momena Chowdhury and others, while ‘Black Money’ will be aired at 10:15pm on the sixth day of the Eid. Directed by Safi Uddin Safi, the film stars Keya, Saimon, Moshumi Hamid and others.
