SAAOL Heart Center, the pioneer of heart treatment without operation, has been working relentlessly to generate social awareness about the negative sides of consuming oily food. Excessive use of oil in cooking food is the cause of so many diseases, like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and even cancer. During Ramadan, people in our country tend to consume more deep-fried and oily food, which is extremely harmful for the body after long hours of fasting. l
