CTTC asked to investigate case against Sefat Ullah

A court yesterday asked the Counter Terrorism and Transnational Crime (CTTC) unit of police to investigate a case filed against Sefat Ullah Sefualias Sefuda, a social media person, for allegedly hurting the religious sentiment of Muslims. Cyber Crime Tribunal Judge Al Shams Jaglul Hossain recorded testimony of the plaintiff and ordered the CTTC to submit a report on May 15 in this regard. Advocate Md Alim Razi filed the case with the tribunal under the Digital Security Act.
