Grameenphone Limited in its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) yesterday declared 280 per cent dividend.
During the GP AGM at the International Convention City, Bashundhara (ICCB), GP approved 155 per cent final dividend (cash) and 125 percent interim dividend (cash), which has already been paid, said a press release.
The cumulative dividend for 2018 stands at 280 per cent of paid up capital (Taka 28 per share). As per usual practice, Grameenphone will ensure fast-track on-line divided distribution.
At the occasion, Chairman of Grameenphone Board Petter B. Furberg and Grameenphone Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Michael Foley, along with other Board members and senior officials of the company, were present.
