The agreement between Bangladesh and Malaysia on “Partial Abolition of Visa Requirement for Diplomatic and Official Passports” came into effect yesterday, allowing visa free travel for the diplomatic and official passports of both the countries.
“Citizens of one country having in possession of valid diplomatic or official passports may enter other country without a visa and stay for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days,” said a Foreign Ministry press release yesterday.
The Agreement was signed on December 03, 2014.
