Hepai Online, a multi-billion dollar company in China, has signed an agreement with Grameen China to finance Grameen China’s branch in Shenzhen city, reports UNB.
Zhang Kaiyong, founder and group chairman of Hepai Online, signed the agreement with Grameen China on Wednesday, said a Yunus Centre press release yesterday.
Nobel Laureate Prof Muhammad Yunus addressed the gathering while political leaders, top business leaders and academic were present at Shenzhen Citizen’s Centre.
Deputy Chairman of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and a top ranking national leader of the Communist Party of China (CPC), Bai Li Chen, welcomed Prof Yunus.
