The Bangladesh Embassy in Libya yesterday advised all Bangladeshi nationals living in Tripoli and its adjacent cities to remain alert to avert any undesirable incident following the Libyan government’s issuance of ‘State of Alert’. The government of Libya issued State of Alert following recent law and order situation in the country, said a press release of the Bangladesh Embassy in Libya yesterday.
The embassy has advised to ensure personal safety and to avoid any undesirable incident following such situation, it added. The embassy has advised to limit the outside movement of Bangladeshi expatriates living in Tripoli and adjacent towns and stay in safe at home, it added. The Embassy also requested to call emergency hot numbers +218916994207 and +218910013968 for any emergency need.
Bangladesh Embassy in Libya in September last year also advised the same alert when Libyan government declared a ‘State of Alert’.
