Defending champions St Gregory’s High School will take on Sunrise Pre-Cadet and High School in the opening match of Fiji Friendship Cup School Rugby competition. The two-day school tournament will begin today 15 at the Paltan ground. It will be the seventh edition of the school rugby while the number of teams have been increased than the previous years.
This time the competition is organising with the assistance of the Consulate of Republic of Fiji while they provided the financial support to organise the four-day meet.
Organisers, Bangladesh Rugby Federation (BRF) informed all at a press meet yesterday at the Bangabandhu National Stadium. Seemab Rasheed, the Consul Republic of Fiji was present in the press meet.
