Teenager killed after ‘gang-rape’

Three youths poured poison into the mouth of a teenage girl after reportedly gang-raping her at Jugnidaha Madhypara village of Shahjadpur upazila, leaving her dead.

The deceased was identified as Poly, 15, daughter of Saiful Islam Sadhu of the village.

Victim's family members said the three youths violated the girl in turns when she went to a nearby cropland to collect vegetables on Tuesday evening.

Later, the rapists poured insecticide into her mouth, they said.
