37 arrested in anti-drug drive

Police in an anti-drug drive arrested 37 people from different places of the district on Saturday night.

Shahadat Hossain, superintendent of Bagerhat Sadar Circle, said that police arrested 37 people from nine upazilas of the district in the night-long drive.

The arrestees will be produced before the court of Bagerhat Chief Judiciary Magistrate after primary interrogations at respective police stations, he said.
