Bikalpadhara Bangladesh President AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury yesterday criticised Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for her remark that BNP-Jamaat are involved in the killing of foreign nationals, even before the completion of a police investigation in this regard. “If the prime minister, her son and other ministers comment that the BNP-Jamaat are involved in such killings, even before a police investigation, what will police do then? Let police do their job. Let judiciary do their task,” said the former president while celebrating his 85th birth anniversary with his party leaders and workers at his Baridhara residence in the capital. B Chowdhury also demanded a clear explanation from the government about any existence of Islamic States (IS) in the country. “Why don’t you tell whether there is any presence of IS or other terrorist organisations in the country. The prime minister, her son or other ministers have to stop dictating about the arrest of others,” he asserted.
