The five-day Rehab fair-2019 ended yesterday amid huge response from visitors and buyers during the flagship real estate trade event.
The country’s largest showcase of real estate sector began at the Bangabandhu International Conference Center in the capita’s Sher-e-Bangla Nagar on Wednesday with the hope of rejuvenating the housing sector.
A total of 202 companies took part in the fair this year. Visitors have shown increased interest and many of them will book flats after reviewing the prospectus this year, the organiser of the fair said.
Most realtors at the ongoing REHAB Fair-2019 offered medium-sized flats of 1,200– 1,600 square feet within the price range of Tk 80 lakh to Tk. 1.5 crore, depending on the location, to keep apartments within the reach of the middle class.
