Various projects taken for SME sector: Minister

Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun yesterday said journalists can play a vital role in development of small and medium enterprises to accelerate the economic growth of the country. The government has been implementing various projects to develop SME sector, the minister said and urged the journalists to work together with the government to implement the projects successfully. The minister was speaking at a view exchanging meeting with a delegation of Bangladesh Journalists' Foundation for Consumers and Investors (BJFCI), a platform of senior journalists of leading dailies and media at the ministry's conference room in the capital yesterday.
