Quality assurance in higher education stressed

Academics and researchers at a meeting here on Wednesday unequivocally called for quality assurance in higher education for overall development of the country through facing the existing challenges.

They mentioned that quality assurance can be the vital means of transforming the young generation into worthy citizens coupled with curtailing the gradually mounting burden of unemployment.

They came up with the observation while addressing a discussion titled “Stepping towards Accreditation: Sharing of Views” at Senate Building of Rajshahi University (RU).

RU Quality Assurance Cell hosted the meeting where aspects of quality improvement in higher education were discussed elaborately.
