Jatiya Party Co-Chairman GM Quader yesterday said their party will not indulge in destructive politics, though they may take to the streets to fulfill people's desires. "We won't do destructive politics as the opposition party. But, we'll fulfill the people's desire through a positive role in parliament and a systematic movement on the streets," he said.
GM Quader, also the deputy leader of the opposition in parliament, came up with the remarks while talking to reporters at party chairman's Banani office after taking interviews of its aspirants for reserved seats for women in the 11th parliament.
