Two WiMAX operators - -Banglalion and Qubee - - witnessed nearly 33 per cent or one third fall of subscribers in the last one year (April, 2014 to April 2015), according to the latest statistics of Bangladesh Telecommu-nication Regulatory Commi-ssion (BTRC).

Talking to the news agency, G M Faruk Khan, head of marketing and communication, Banglalion, said they have planned to introduce 4G service in the next quarter and that’s why they are concentrating on providing service to the existing customers instead of new subscribers.
