Drug peddler held in Jessore

Jessore: Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) detained an alleged drug peddler in possession of 958 pieces of Yaba tablets from Rajghat Savarpara village in Abhoynagar upazila of Jessore district on Saturday night, reports UNB. The arrestee was identified as Amin Gazi,25, a resident of the village. RAB-6 sources said tipped off, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area and arrested Amin at about 11:00 pm. Later, the law enforcers recovered 958 pieces of Yaba tablet searching his body. A case was filed in this connection.
