Three workers were injured as an underground bomb blasted at Bhulubaria Debottar village in Santhia upazila of Pabna yesterday, reports UNB. The injured were identified as Mohammad Ali, 55, Majnu Hossain, 40, and Ayez, 42, of Boailmari village. Golam Rasul, sub-inspector of Ataikula Police Station, said a bomb which was kept under the ground, went off with a big bang while some workers were cutting a tree of one Abdus Sattar around 11:30am, leaving three workers injured. The injured were taken to Pabna General Hospital. On information, police visited the spot. However, it was not clear who planted the bomb under the ground.
