Ctg Juba Dal secy arrested from jail gate

The police yesterday arrested Chittagong city Juba Dal secretary Mosharraf Hossain Dipti from Chittagong Central Jail gate. Earlier, the jail authorities released the leader as he got bail. A bail order reached the jail authorities on Monday and Dipti was released as per the order, said Chittagong Central Jail sources. Jasim Uddin, officer-in-charge of Kotwali police station said that the Juba Dal leader was arrested in sabotage case lodged against him. Mosharraf Hossain Dipti had surrendered to the court of Chittagong Metropolitan Magistrate Nure Alam Bhuiyan on September 22. At that time a bail prayer was submitted to the court in favour of the leader. However, the court had ordered to send him to the jail after rejecting the bail prayer. It may be mentioned that Mosharraf Hossain Dipti was also Chittagong city President of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD).
