Youth dies of electrocution

A youth died after being electrocuted in Kochua Upazila of the district. The deceased was identified as Mohammad Rabbi Hossain,20, son of Md Anwar Hossain, a resident of   Khila village under  No-10 Gohat Uttar union.

Sources said Rabbi was working to connect electric line to the badminton field from his home through the branches of trees, for playing badminton game along with his friends on Thursday evening. Suddenly he came in touch with live electric wire and was electrocuted. Locals rushed him to the local health complex where the onduty doctor declared him dead.
