Two edible oil factories sealed off

A mobile court conducted by Chittagong District Administration at Chaktai Bazaar and Jalalabad of Bayazid area of the city fined two edible oil companies and sealed off two for manufacturing edible oil in squalid environment yesterday. During the drive, members of Rapid Action Battalion were present. The court led by district administration magistrate Tamim Al Yeamin, penalsied Shah Hossain Oil Mill (A mustard oil manufacturing company) Tk 70,000 on charge of manufacturing mustard oil and Tk50, 000 fined to Madina Agency for selling soybean oil without holding trade license and sealed off the company and the mobile court also sealed off Bhai Bahi Consumer Food Products for not holding trade license.
