International Business Forum of Bangladesh (IBFB) expressed concern and shock over the killings of two foreigners in Bangladesh.
The IBFB noted that, “Such unacceptable barbaric killings have tarnished the image of the country in the international arena, which may adversely affect our overall development process or even achieving the targets of vision of 2021 of the government.”
The killings of Italian Cesare Tavella and the Japanese Hoshi Kunio “are making us very worried again about our business environment in future” that may seriously hinder “advancement of our business and economy and attracting foreign direct investment, the statement issued by IBFB president Hafizur Rahman Khan.
