‘1,039 army patrols conducted’

Members of Bangladesh Army conducted a total of 1,039 patrols in their designated areas of 389 upazilas in 62 districts yesterday ahead of the forthcoming general election.

With this, the force has carried out 2,475 patrols since its deployment on December 24, said an Inter Services Public Relation release. Alongside regular patrol, army members are maintaining communication with law enforcers.
