Tangail-4 by-polls Nineteen buy forms for AL nomination

A total of 19 aspirants to Awami League tickets for Tangail-4 by-election have bought nominations forms till the last day of collection of the same yesterday, reports BSS. Over the past two days, aspirants to Awami League tickets collected nomination forms from the political office of Awami League President Sheikh Hasina at Dhanmondi in the city.Informing this, sources in the Awami League office cell told BSS Friday evening that those who collected nomination forms should have to submit the same within tomorrow (Saturday).  The Election Commission (EC) announced the schedule of the by-poll to Tangail-4 constituency fixing November 10 as the day of polling.
The seat of the Jatiya Sangsad (Parliament) was announced vacant after resignation of Abdul Latif Siddiqui from parliament membership following his expulsion from Awami League.
