One held with 16,000 yaba tablets in Ctg

Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested a bus helper with 16,000 pieces of yaba tablets from Dampara area under Pansliash Police Station in the port city early yesterday. The arrested bus assistant was identified as Mohammad Sohel, 26. Masfukur Rahman, assistant director of RAB-7, said based on secret information, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area around 4.45 am and seized 16,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets hidden inside a box of a passengers bus. The law enforcers also seized the bus.  Legal action will be taken against the detainee, he said.
