Ferdous, Popy and Milon to share screen in ‘Save Life’

Ferdous Ahmed, Sadika Parvin Popy and Anisur Rahman Milon, three popular artistes in the acting arena, are going to share screen under the direction of Aminul Islam’s new film, ‘Save Life’.

The film’s inaugural ceremony was held on Thursday evening at the Fire Brigade office in Gulisthan of the capital.

DhakaLive has news that Brig. Gen. Ali Ahmed Khan PSC (Retd.), original planner of the film, was present at the ceremony as chief guest along with other artistes working in the film.

The story and dialogue of the film has been written by Kumar Pritosh Ball. ‘Save Life’ is to be jointly produced by the Fire Service Kalyan Trust and RGB Media.

“I heard the whole story of the film. It’s quite amazing! The story of this film is truly the story of our lives,” said Popy.

“The audiences can perceive the risk that fire fighters take every time they go to fight a blaze. The viewers will realise that true heroes are living among us. A section of their life, which is almost hidden from the common view, will be seen in the film,” the actress added.

Ferdous said, “I really liked the main concept of ‘Save life’. The film’s story will move forward based on the character I am playing. The whole world will appreciate our love for the country if films like this are made more often. I am grateful to Aminul Islam for including me in the film.”

“I always give importance to the story and my character’s importance in the film. I considered these aspects before associating myself with ‘Save Life’. Also, it’s a work for the country. I will be happily working in the film,” said Milon.

The shooting of ‘Save Life’ will commence from first week of November. The cast also includes Champa, Manos Bandopadhyay and Ahsanul Haque Minu, among others.
