Khalna set up final clash with Dhaka today

Khulna division will take on Dhaka division in the final of Walton 4th National Women’s Hockey Championship  toady at Maulana Bhashani Hockey Stadium at 2.45pm.

Khulna eliminated Rangpur division 2-0 in the first semifinal yesterday. Rani sent Khulna into lead in 29th minute and Kimi doubled the lead in 55th minute.

On the other hand Dhaka division edged past Rajshahi division 2-1 in the second semifinal. Tarin Akhtar and Shumi Akhtar netted one goal each for Dhaka,  Sabita Kuzur scored the lone goal for Rajshahi.
