One jailed for molesting girl

BARISAL: Barisal cyber tribunal court awarded 10 years imprisonment with fine of Taka 20,000 in default another six-month jail to Mizanur Rahman Rabbi,20, for molesting a girl and releasing video photograph of molesting scene through internet, reports BSS. Judge of Barisal cyber tribunal court Md Anwarul Haque pronounced this judgment in presence of accused Mizanur Rahman Rabbi this noon. Bench Assistant of the Tribunal Court Md Faroq Hosssain said Rabbi made a friendship with a girl and taken her to his friend's house at Kazipara on November 16, 2013 and molested her there. After molesting the girl at the residence of his friend Rabbi released video photograph of the girl through internet. After five days guardians of victim filed a case with respective police station on November 21, 2013. After necessary inquiry, investigation officer, submitted charge sheet against Rabbi on December 31, 2013. After necessary hearing and taking witness of seven people out of 10, court has pronounced this judgment today.
