Charges pressed against wife, her ‘lover’

Police have pressed charges before a court against the wife and her 'lover' over the killing of special public prosecutor and Awami League leader Rathish Chandra Bhowmik, reports UNB. Sub-inspector of Kotwali Police Station Al-Amin, also the investigation officer of the case, submitted a charge-sheet before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Arifa Yesmin Mukta against Rathish's wife Snigdha Sarkar Dipa and her 'lover' Quamrul Islam on September 13, Rangpur police super Mizanur Rahman said while briefing reporters at his office yesterday noon.
