10.98pc pass DU ‘Ga’ unit entry test

The results of first year honours admission test of Dhaka University (DU)  ‘Ga’ unit under  Business Studies Faculty  for 2018-19 academic session  has been published yesterday with 10.98 percent pass rate. DU Vice-Chancellor Prof Md Akhtaruzzaman announced the results at the central admission office at the administrative building of the university at 11am yesterday.

A total of 25,958 candidates appeared in the admission test against 1,250 seats under the unit. Of them only 2,850 (10.98%) students secured the pass marks, the VC said. A total of 26,960 students applied for the Ga unit but 1,005 students were absent in the test. A total of 23,002 students failed to obtain the minimum pass mark of 48 in the test.

The result is available on the university website www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd or via short message service (SMS) on any mobile operator service. For SMS notification of the result, a candidate will have to type ‘DU GA roll number’ and send it to 16321.
