Chattogram: A young man, who was injured in a clash between two groups over establishing supremacy at Paschim Khulshi in the port city of Chattogram on Friday night, died at a hospital yesterday, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Md Abdur Shukkur Hridoy, 22, son of Abul Khayer of Jhaotala area in the city. Officer-in-charge of Khulshi Police Station Sheikh Md Nasir Uddin said, the clash broke out at night as two rival groups attacked each other over establishing supremacy in the area, leaving 9 people, including Shukkur severely, injured.
The injured were taken to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH).
