Tk 903cr collected in 3 days

On the third day of the weeklong Income Tax Fair yesterday, taka 223 crore 69 lakh 79 thousand and 643 was collected, reports BSS. This brings the total amount of revenue collected from the Fair so far at Taka 903 crore 58 lakh 13 thousand and 946. Meanwhile, one lakh 19 thousand and 873 persons have taken service from the fair and 18 thousand one hundred and six people have submitted their return. As part of the government's Vision 2021 and 2041 the theme for this year's fair is "Shukhi Swadesh Gortey Chai, Aikorer Bikalpa Nai" and the slogan is "Samridhir Sonali Din, Ante Holey Aikor Din." To facilitate the return of income tax the fair will remain open from 10 in the morning to 8 at night, tomorrow. Besides, the fair will also remain open on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday between 10 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon.
